Elite Athletic Performance

Christian attended Kiski Area High School near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania competing in football, swimming, and track. He continued his football career as a walk-on quarterback at Wake Forest University.

During his college career as Wake Forest’s Quarterback he went on to beat Navy in the Eagle Bank Bowl and became a student athletic trainer with head strength coach Ethan Reeve. Christian was awarded the George Roveere Sports Medicine Academic Scholarship because of his performance on the football field and outstanding academic achievements.

Christian’s extensive knowledge, practice and research into the Olympic lifts enabled him to use these techniques with all sport teams at Wake Forest. He went on to intern with Penn State and Pitt football teams. While at Penn State, he worked for Coach John Thomas and personally coached individual players through their workouts. He also assisted in workouts of alumni NFL players like Tamba Hali and Anthony Adams. At Pitt, he interned under Buddy Morris, and helped train athletes such as Henry Hynoski, Jason Pinkston, and Jabaal Sheard. Christian’s education and numerous experiences provided him with valuable knowledge about elite level athletic performance.
