Speed and Agility Specialist

Keegan Jindra started his interest in athletics at a young age. He competed year round in youth athletics and assisted his father in running combines for various sports. In High School he was a three sport athlete growing up in Burnsville, Minnesota. He played Quarterback on the Football Team as well as playing Basketball and Baseball for four years.

Keegan then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While there he worked in the weight room for all four years. This is where he truly found his passion and love for the weight room. During this time he dedicated himself to his personal transformation as well as the transformation of the individuals he worked with.

After graduating Keegan followed his passion for athletics and went to work with the Minnesota Vikings for three years. Keegan began to immerse himself into the research of speed and multi-directional speed. He also became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Keegan is an extremely motivating part of the training staff at the USPC and is dedicated to the utmost development of each individual athlete. He is passionate about developing athletes through proper programming both physically and mentally.
