Get Ready For Your First Time

In order to play lacrosse you will need a lacrosse stick, goggles, a mouth guard that has been molded to your teeth, comfortable work out clothing and a good pair of sneakers or cleats. Make sure all your equipment is in good condition and meets all specifications. You must be well conditioned to play lacrosse, so before you begin you will want get in good physical shape.
Running, weight lifting, stretching and practicing skills before you step on the field is very important to avoid injury. Also, be sure to keep your body fueled and well hydrated during, before and after practice!
